Booking sites sell a room type. We sell villa twenty-seven. In the busiest weeks of the year, the one thing you cannot get anywhere but here is the exact spot — front row on the sand, the corner where the garden is deepest, the two villas that join for a family of six.
There is no supplement and no discount. The rate is the rate for those dates. The privilege is that you chose, and that check-in at eleven and check-out at two are promised rather than hoped for. Everyone who books direct in high season gets this; nobody who books elsewhere can.
