We publish the score we are proud of and the things we are still working on. Both are more useful than a badge.
The location score is the one we lead with, because it is the thing guests agree on: 80 metres of Chaweng Beach, fifteen minutes from the airport, and a garden between you and the road.
We asked for a villa away from the road and they put us in the garden rows. Slept better than we have in years.
Fifteen minutes from the airport and you would never know the town was on the other side of the trees.

What we are working on
We are a bungalow resort that has been on this beach a long time, and the reviews say so honestly. The things guests raise most are hot water, air conditioning and the occasional island power cut. We would rather tell you that here than have you find it later.
If something is not right during your stay, tell reception the same day. We can almost always fix it while you are still here, which is worth more to both of us than a review afterwards.
