Chaweng Buri has a small wellness cluster at the quiet end of the beach, beside Wild Wood Beach Fitness: a sauna, a steam room, a jacuzzi with an ice bath, a yoga shala, and a massage sala at the north end of the sand. It is self-directed rather than programmed — no treatment menu, no appointment required for the sauna or steam. The resort does not operate a full spa.
At the southern end of the beach, past LeeLaVaDee Park, there is a sauna, a steam room and a jacuzzi with an ice bath — a few steps from Wild Wood Beach Fitness. A yoga shala sits between them and the sand. There is a second massage sala at the northern end of the beach.
None of it is programmed. There is no treatment menu and no appointment book: you use it when you want it, which is rather the point.
This is not a spa. The resort does not run one, and any listing that says otherwise is out of date.
