What we collect
When you message us. Your name, email, country, dates, villa preference, guest numbers, flight number and message. We use it to answer you and to arrange your stay, and nothing else.
When you accept cookies. Google Analytics 4 records which pages you view and which buttons you press, so we can see what is working. Sojern, an advertising partner for the travel industry, records that you visited and what dates you searched, so we can show you relevant advertising later.
Always. Your browser tells our host, Cloudflare, your IP address so it can serve you the page. That is how the web works.
Your dates and preferences are kept in your own browser (sessionStorage) so you do not retype them. They never reach us unless you send them.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not buy lists. We do not email you unless you asked us to or you are staying with us.
Booking
Booking happens on Xcaliber, our booking system, on their own site. Once you leave for it, their privacy terms apply to what you type there. We never see your card details.

Analytics and Sojern only load after you accept.
How long we keep things
Enquiries: three years, so we recognise you if you come back. Analytics: 14 months. Guest records: as long as Thai tax and hotel law requires.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or UK, you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it. Email[email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. No form, no fee.
To change your cookie choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will ask again.

Last updated 28 August 2026. If we change anything that matters, we will say so here.
This page describes what the website actually does, checked against the code. Have it reviewed by a Thai lawyer before launch — we have written it honestly, not with legal authority.
